This ticket grants Ruoff Mortgage Stadium,  Fort Wayne Football Club, United Soccer League and their respective affiliates, sponsors, licensees and designees irrevocable permission to use the Holder’s voice, image and likeness in any live or recorded video display, broadcast, photograph, advertising, marketing or other transmission or reproduction in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful commercial or promotional purpose, without further authorization or compensation.
